The position includes on-site presence at the client location in Charlotte, NC for at least two days per week.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects with a focus on data and financial services.
- Oversee development efforts involving React and Python technologies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Facilitate project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
- Ensure alignment with client expectations, business goals, and compliance standards.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage project risks and issues.
- Support product control-related initiatives and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management within the financial services domain.
- Proven experience managing data-centric projects.
- Familiarity with product control processes.
- Experience leading IT projects involving React and Python technologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC for at least two days per week.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Background in financial data systems or regulatory reporting.
