This role is responsible for system operations management across the cybersecurity workflow implementations.
This position is responsible for providing technical guidance to technical teams that support critical CSO information management solutions supporting workflow applications. This position will have the mission of supporting software designs and solutions to enhance CSO applications. The candidate must be a professional systems analyst and must be able to work with clients and users to analyze business problems, provide recommendations, design, develop, test, deploy, and sustain technical/automation solutions.
The position is a technical lead responsible for design of complex security applications. Key Responsibilities include:
- Operational Management: Maintain and troubleshoot various security and compliance tools and applications.
- Integration: Manage integrations to support risk management and vulnerability response.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Training and Support: Educate stakeholders on best practices for operational processes.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through effective monitoring
- Feature triaging – identifying root cause for defects and assisting with resolution
- Performing deployment activities – migration of code throughout environments
Required/Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in information technology systems design and operations.
- Experience utilizing a software development method that emphasizes business process analysis, collaboration (information sharing and web service usage), integration
- Experience performing operations activities include management of AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
- Familiarity with applying Artificial Intelligence (AI)or Machine Learning (ML)techniques in cybersecurity contexts (e.g., anomaly detection, risk scoring, data analysis).
Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science or Cybersecurity. 3+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
