Job Summary

The Office Administror performs a variety of clerical duties to support the San Diego Merials Division.

Compension

$25.00-$29.00 per hour DOE

Responsibilities

Answers phones, greets visitors, sorts mail
Genere and upde reports
Maintains site personnel, regulory and compliance files
Produces and updes spreadsheets as needed
Provides administrive support to operion, sales, and billing department
Assist the operions team in faciliting meetings
Run a mail route weekly to various plants
Performs other duties as assigned

Educion

High school diploma/GED

Requirements/Qualificions

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and general computer programs
Strong communicion, organizional, and time-management skills
Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Previous customer service experience preferred

Conditions of Employment

Successful candide must submit to a post-offer pre-employment physical examinion, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administrion (FMCSA) registrion/clearance as well as ongoing alcohol and drug testing.
