Position available for immediate placement for a journeyman framer proficient at wood and metal stud framing. Small commercial project start immediately.
Applicants must have;
- Verifiable previous employer references (not friends and relatives) for the last three to five consecutive years,
- Method of transportation (truck, car or motorcycle),
- Ability to read blueprints,
- Ability to communicate fluently in the English language,
- Willingness to be a self-starter and take the initiative to pursue project completion independently without continuous supervision,
- Physical ability with strength and stamina to; lift/carry (a minimum of 75 lbs), climb, dig, and endure continuous hard work days/hours,
- Safety training or willingness to receive such training.
