Specialized Collections Bureau is seeking an experienced and licensed FDCPA-compliant debt collector to join our growing team.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls
• Work assigned accounts and follow up consistently
• Maintain compliance with FDCPA (15 U.S.C. § 1692) and Regulation F (12 CFR § 1006)
• Document all account activity accurately
• Negotiate payments, settlements, and resolutions
REQUIREMENTS:
• Prior debt collection experience
• Strong knowledge of FDCPA and collection laws
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to handle objections and close accounts
