Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities
Current
- Own complete USA P&L: revenue, gross margin, cost, working capital
- Define annual and quarterly business plans
- Ensure pricing discipline and profitable growth
- Drive service revenue and installed-base monetization

- 18–25+ years CNC machine tools / capital equipment
- Proven scaling USA organizations
- Strong commercial, operational, leadership capability
- Discipline, clarity, accountability leadership style

- Bachelor’s in Engineering/Business (MBA preferred)
- 15–25+ years in CNC machine tools / capital equipment / industrial technology
- Proven success leading cross-functional functions (sales, applications, service, operations, finance)
- Demonstrated experience building/scaling a region or country organization
- Strong executive communication, operating cadence discipline, and customer-facing leadership
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Frequent exposure to tech center, warehouse, and customer manufacturing environments with hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals/coolants, heavy equipment, and automated/manual machinery.
Physical demands include frequent travel, standing/walking on shop floors, occasional bending and lifting/carrying materials, and periodic extended hours to support escalations, key installs, and business-critical deadlines.
