Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities

Business & P&L Ownership

Current

Own complete USA P&L: revenue, gross margin, cost, working capital
Define annual and quarterly business plans
Ensure pricing discipline and profitable growth
Drive service revenue and installed-base monetization

Own full USA P&L: revenue, margin, opex, working capital, cash flow
Build and execute annual/quarterly operating plan (growth, cost, capacity, coverage)

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Frequent exposure to tech center, warehouse, and customer manufacturing environments with hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals/coolants, heavy equipment, and automated/manual machinery.

Physical demands include frequent travel, standing/walking on shop floors, occasional bending and lifting/carrying materials, and periodic extended hours to support escalations, key installs, and business-critical deadlines.
