Essential Job Functions:
Assist Users with technical issues across a multi-platform environment
Support of Windows, Android, and iOS devices
Active Directory
Network Troubleshooting
Understanding of Windows file sharing
Including but not limited to:
Printer installs
Support of Microsoft line of office products (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, etc.)
Replacing Laptop and desktop hardware
Imaging computers
Requirements:
Must have experience in supporting users with most of the above job functions
Be willing to work from the office full time
Willingness to learn and work with others
Good customer services skills
Any experience with the below would be a bonus:
Active Directory
SQL
Print Servers
Windows Server 2019-2022
Microsoft Intune
Beyond Trust Remote Support
CAD Troubleshooting
Education/Experience:
5 years’ experience in technical support for End Users
