What You'll Do:
Infrastructure & Systems:
- Manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-prem environments
- Own identity & access management (Entra ID, MFA, permissions)
Security & Reliability:
- Implement security controls, patching, and vulnerability management
- Support backup and disaster recovery strategies
Automation & Improvement:
- Build automation using PowerShell
- Identify opportunities to streamline and modernize systems (including AI tools)
Endpoint & Device Management:
- Manage Intune environments and device deployments
- Standardize configurations for performance and user experience
Projects & Documentation:
- Lead and support IT initiatives and system improvements
- Build clear documentation and scalable processes
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in system administration or IT infrastructure
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint, Intune, Entra ID) and Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, networking, and identity management
- Experience managing endpoints using Microsoft Intune
- Familiarity with identity and access controls, including MFA, conditional access, and role-based permissions
- Experience supporting backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Compensation & Benefits:
- $70,000-$85,000
- 13 PTO days + 9 paid holidays
