Position Overview
As part of Stellantis’ North America Value Creation Program (VCP), the Fleet Value Creation team will lead a high-impact strategic workstream focused on accelerating fleet-related revenue generation, strengthening financial levers, and structuring scalable fleet growth capabilities. This opportunity is part of the VCP program with several workstreams running simultaneously.
Reporting into the SVP, Fleet - North America, this role will operate at the intersection of Commercial, Fleet, and Finance, with a mandate to define and execute the Fleet Value Creation roadmap in alignment with the Group’s transformation priorities.
We're looking for a strategic leader with strong fleet business acumen, financial services experience, and the ability to build new fleet capabilities in a complex, matrixed environment. The role is designed as a transformation and value creation mandate rather than a traditional operational fleet leadership position.
