Manager, Strategic Operations

As a Strategic Operations Manager, a typical day for you will include:
- Collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational optimization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Formulating and execute comprehensive operational strategies that drive efficiency and support business objectives.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of operational strategies, ensuring accountability and results.
- Owning and managing cross‐functional special projects aimed at driving growth across the business
- Developing programs to support our franchise owners’ efforts to drive incremental sales
- Effectively integrating new acquisitions into the business
- Executing a digital roadmap for the business

(Required qualifications)
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting
corporate business development, or operational roles within a private equity backed company.
- Experience in consumer, multi
unit services or with franchising a plus, but not a requirement
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data operational insights into actionable strategies.
- Be highly motivated and possess vision and enthusiasm
- Understand how to deliver on short time frames and be committed to meeting deadlines
- Communicate in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect
- Education:
- Bachelor
s degree required; MBA / master
s preferred but not required
- Schedule / in-office requirements:
- Hybrid working model required. Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
