What We’re Looking For:
• Personal Lines Insurance License (required)
• A confident, self-starter attitude
• Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual? Even better!
• Allstate sales experience is a plus
