Position Summary
We are currently hiring for the following position:
• CNC Machine Operator
This role plays a critical part in ensuring our products meet customer specifications and engineering requirements.
CNC Machine Operator
Responsibilities
• Set up and operate CNC drilling/routing machines for PCB fabrication
• Load drill programs and verify tooling (drill bits, hit counts, sizes)
• Review job travelers and work instructions prior to production
• Inspect panels before and after drilling for defects or damage
• Ensure hole sizes, locations, and tolerances meet specifications
• Monitor drill performance and replace worn or broken bits as needed
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
• Record production data and complete required documentation accurately
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in machining (preferred)
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and instructions

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
