Redondo Mitsubishi is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and driving team success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- 2 + years of Automotive Sales Management experience
- Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors and customers.
- Ability to lead, train and develop sales staff.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Set objectives for achieving sales and gross profits.
- Continue to maintain our dealership's value, quality, and integrity.
Job-specific duties may include but are not limited to:
- Maintain sustainable dealership production levels as defined by General Manager and Senior Leadership
- Hire, mentor and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
- Set sales goals, track progress, and manage a team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
- Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience with impeccable CSI results.
- Check for accuracy in the application to ensure all information is complete.
- Following up with Clients daily.
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture.
- Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area.
