About The Role

The Kitchen Steward at Montrose in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, CA plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and back-of-house areas to ensure smooth and efficient food service operations. This position is responsible for the sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces, contributing directly to food safety and hygiene standards. The Kitchen Steward supports the culinary team by managing dishwashing duties, waste disposal, and assisting with inventory management of cleaning supplies. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and safe working environment, which is essential for the overall guest experience and operational success. Minimum Qualifications

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to comply with health department standards.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
