Redondo Mitsubishi is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and driving team success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

2 + years of Automotive Sales Management experience
Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors and customers.
Ability to lead, train and develop sales staff.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Set objectives for achieving sales and gross profits.
Continue to maintain our dealership's value, quality, and integrity.

Job-specific duties may include but are not limited to:

Maintain sustainable dealership production levels as defined by General Manager and Senior Leadership
Hire, mentor and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
Set sales goals, track progress, and manage a team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience with impeccable CSI results.
Check for accuracy in the application to ensure all information is complete.
Following up with Clients daily.
Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture.
Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area.
