Position Summary

SET Active is looking for a Production / PD Associate or Assistant to join our team. This role will support the day-to-day functions of both the Production and Product Development departments, with a strong focus on administrative execution, tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

This role will be responsible for data entry, reporting, sample tracking, and supporting special projects across teams. The right candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within apparel production and product development.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support across Production and Product Development teams, including data entry and tracking
Maintain and update Excel-based reporting, production logs, and development trackers
Coordinate sample management, including photo shoot sample tracking, dispatch, and returns
Support cross-functional calendar tracking and follow-ups across key milestones and deadlines
Assist in special projects coordination across Production, PD, and partner teams
Organize and maintain accurate documentation across seasonal development and production workflows
Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to support execution and timely updates
Help ensure accurate and timely shipment of packages, samples, and production materials
Support general operational needs within the department as required

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in production, product development, apparel, or beauty preferred
Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort with data tracking and reporting
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, resourceful approach to problem solving
Able to work full-time in person at our Beverly Hills office
Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional teams and manage follow-ups effectively
