Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead front-of-house operations in a high-impact leadership role.
This opportunity is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and is passionate about helping elevate a concept toward Michelin-level recognition. The ideal candidate brings experience from a Michelin-starred, Michelin-aspiring, or similarly ambitious restaurant and is ready to take on a key leadership role within a growth-oriented operation.
Key Responsibilities
Operations and Service Excellence
Oversee all daily front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless and elevated service execution
Maintain exceptional service standards that balance refinement with warmth and approachability
Drive consistency and excellence during high-volume service periods
Team Leadership and Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team, including managers, servers, and support staff
Create a culture of accountability, professionalism, and hospitality
Lead by example with a strong and visible presence on the floor
Guest Experience
Ensure every guest receives a memorable and personalized dining experience
Handle guest relations with professionalism, urgency, and care
Continuously refine service standards and guest experience initiatives
Financial and Operational Management
Manage labor, scheduling, and overall financial performance to meet or exceed targets
Partner with ownership and leadership on operational strategies and performance goals
Monitor key metrics and implement improvements as needed
Collaboration with Culinary Team
Work closely with the culinary team to ensure alignment between kitchen execution and dining room experience
Support menu rollouts and service training tied to new offerings
Compliance and Standards
Uphold all health, safety, and operational standards
Ensure consistency in policies, procedures, and overall execution
Qualifications
3 plus years of leadership experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a Michelin-starred, Michelin-aspiring, or similarly high-caliber restaurant
Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Strong financial acumen, including labor and cost control
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills
Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage with a strong understanding of elevated service standards
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism
Preferred
Wine and beverage knowledge with a strong understanding of pairings and service
Experience opening or scaling high-end restaurant concepts

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary of $95,000 to $100,000
