What You'll Do

Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a high performing team.
Lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and food cost.
Maintain full responsibility for restaurant financial performance, including P&L management.
Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Foster a positive, accountable, and guest focused culture.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Resolve guest concerns professionally while maintaining excellent service standards.

What We're Looking For

3 to 5 years of progressive restaurant management experience.
At least 2 years managing supervisors, managers, or large hourly teams.
Strong knowledge of P&L management, labor controls, and food cost.
Experience leading high volume restaurant operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Strong decision making and problem solving abilities.
Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work extended hours during peak business seasons.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual base salary of $52,000 to $58,240
