Snax by Max is a local Oceanside company providing modern self-checkout smart markets to workplaces and other high-traffic locations throughout North County San Diego.
I'm looking for an experienced independent B2B sales professional to help find and secure qualified locations for our markets.
This is a flexible, results-based opportunity. There are no required hours or set schedule. I'm primarily looking for someone who already works independently in sales, business development, lead generation, or a related field and wants an additional product/service to represent.
You'll prospect local businesses, reach decision-makers, present the Snax by Max concept, qualify potential locations, conduct meetings, and move good opportunities toward a signed agreement.
I'll provide sales materials, product information, and a researched database of local prospects. You're also free to generate opportunities through your own network and prospecting methods.
Compensation is approximately $1,000 per successful installed location, currently structured around milestones for qualified meetings, approved signed locations, and completed installations. Additional bonuses are available for exceptional or multi-unit accounts. Compensation structure is negotiable with the right contractor and there is no cap on placements.
Our smart markets are provided at no equipment or installation cost to qualified businesses, and Snax by Max handles installation, stocking, inventory, and ongoing service. That makes this a very different sales conversation from asking a business to purchase an expensive product.
Prior B2B or outside-sales experience is strongly preferred. You should be comfortable approaching businesses, getting past gatekeepers, speaking with decision-makers, conducting onsite meetings, and following opportunities through the sales process.
North County knowledge and an existing local business network are major pluses.
