Exclusive to preferred contractors (not sold or installed by stores or to other contractors).
Lifetime labor and material warranty for up to three successive homeowners.
Position Structure
Training:
Two weeks paid training in-office.
No prior sales experience required.
Appointments:
After training, appointments are provided.
Appointments are confirmed with both homeowners present.
Sales:
In-home sales presentations.
Training yields a 60% closing ratio.
Compensation:
Hourly pay + commissions on sales.

Benefits: Health insurance
Full-time employees (after three months) can request health insurance.
Weekly pay (every Friday).
