Usedsurf — Floor Sales
Part-Time with Potential for Full-Time
Usedsurf is looking for a responsible, motivated, and surf-minded person to join our team as a Floor Sales Associate.
We’re a busy surf shop with a lot of moving parts, so we need someone who can think on their feet, take initiative, and jump in wherever they’re needed. You’ll be working with customers, helping with sales, keeping the shop organized, and being part of the day-to-day flow of the store.
A strong knowledge of surfing and surf equipment is a big plus. If surfing is a big part of your life, this could be a great opportunity to turn that passion into your work. If you’re newer to the surf world but want to learn, Usedsurf is also a great place to build your knowledge and get an education in all things surf.
We’re looking for someone who:
Loves surfing and the surf lifestyle
Is responsible, reliable, and willing to work hard
Can handle a fast-paced environment and multiple tasks at once
Thinks on their feet and takes initiative
Works well with others and is a positive part of the team
Has knowledge of surfboards, equipment, apparel, and the surf industry — or is eager to learn
Is willing to help wherever needed to keep the shop running smoothly
This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time for the right person.
