PREP COOK — $18/HOUR + TIPS
We’re looking for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities:
* Vegetable, protein & sauce prep
* Following recipes and prep lists
* Proper food storage, labeling & rotation
* Keeping prep areas clean and organized
* Helping the line and kitchen team as needed
Experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.

LINE COOK — $20/HOUR + TIPS
Looking for a solid line cook who can work efficiently in a busy kitchen and consistently put out quality food.
Responsibilities:
* Execute menu items to recipe and presentation standards
* Maintain a clean, organized station
* Proper cooking temperatures and food safety
* Work efficiently during busy service
* Communicate well with the kitchen team
* Assist with prep and closing duties
Restaurant experience required.

Looking for a dependable dishwasher to help keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
* Wash dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment
* Keep dish pit and kitchen clean
* Take out trash and maintain cleanliness
* Help with basic kitchen cleaning and closing duties
* Assist the kitchen team when needed
No experience necessary — just bring a good attitude and strong work ethic.
