United Staffing Associates is looking for Press Brake Operator - for one of our manufacturing companies in Rancho Cucamonga- Apply today. 1st shift 7am- be open to 2nd shift.
As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to specifications.
Position and secure metal sheets on the machine bed using clamps or other methods - Operate the machine controls to initiate bending operations - Monitor the machine operation to ensure accuracy and quality of bends - Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections -Perform routine maintenance on the press brake machines. Strong understanding of tooling selection and setup procedures - Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections using tools such as micrometers -
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, Knowledge of manufacturing and fabricating metal. use of Calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools.
Must be very organize while working with metal pieces 150plus.
Ability to work in other departments or machines and warehouse work
