Join our Partner Services team! We’re looking for an organized, entry level, part time assistant that’s friendly, self-motivated and dependable to join Access Partners.
This position will receive inbound requests, pull product samples from our sample room, pack them up and ship them out daily. It’s a critical role within our customer service / Partner Services department. Your work will be appreciated every day by our stakeholders who genuinely value the work provided this team.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing sample requests
Keep the samples desk organized and stocked
Greet visitors and answer basic questions
Support the Office Manager with light administrative tasks
Follow standard checklists for daily, weekly, and monthly upkeep
Qualifications
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable with basic computer tasks (email, spreadsheets)
Strong communication skills
Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
No prior experience required, training provided
Samples are stored on shelving. Applicant must be able to climb 10 foot ladders, reach overhead and carry 30 pounds or more 100 feet.
Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday
