Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse/Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Your proactive approach will help us maintain efficient order fulfillment, accurate stock management, and excellent customer service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming merchandise
Pick and pull customer orders accurately
Pack orders carefully for shipment
Process and prepare outgoing shipments
Assist with inventory management and organization
Correspond with customers on order status
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
Help ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
Work as part of a team to improve warehouse efficiency and processes
Perform other warehouse duties as needed
What We're Looking For
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous warehouse, shipping, or e-commerce experience is a plus
Experience with lighting or electrical products is a plus, but not required
Ability to safely lift, move, and organize warehouse merchandise
