Retail Operations Lead
Part-Time | Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time
Simple Laguna is a luxury men's and women's clothing boutique in the heart of downtown Laguna Beach. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and hands-on leader to help oversee daily store operations and support the continued growth of our family-owned business.
This position begins part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership role quickly for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
-Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example on the sales floor.
-Maintain inventory accuracy, stock levels, and merchandise presentation.
-Assist with inventory receiving, transfers, and restocking.
-Monitor daily store operations and ensure tasks are completed to company standards.
-Support and help enforce store policies, procedures, and operational expectations.
-Prepare reports and communicate store performance, inventory needs, and operational issues to ownership.
-Assist with opening/closing procedures and oversee daily workflow.
-Learn and utilize Shopify POS and other store systems.
Qualifications:
-Previous retail leadership, key holder, or management experience preferred.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Self-motivated, dependable, and able to take initiative.
-Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems.
-Weekend and evening availability required.
