What you'll do:
Prepare and execute dishes consistently to Marrakesh Restaurant quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe station at all times
Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plating standards
Communicate effectively with front and back of house during service Assist with prep, storage, and end-of-shift breakdown
Weekends are a must
