Job description:
SUMMARY:
Superintendent to represent the company in a professional manner with customers, coworkers, employees and any person directly or indirectly associated with the company. Responsible for managing the entire administrative and field construction process of a project from initial planning through final acceptance by client to assure the project comes in safely, on schedule and on budget.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Geosynthetic material and installation knowledge/experience a plus!
Must pass pre-screen drug test and comply with company drug test policy
Ability to mentor and train field personnel
Live, promote and enforce safety
Problem solving – fast decisions/assertions
Planning/strategy skills
Negotiation/sales skills
Leadership, organization and time management
Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Internet, etc.)
Be able to read and understand specifications and drawings
Valid Driver’s License; must pass company vehicle insurance approved driver check
Available for overtime hours and out-of-state travel
Ability to professionally communicate with customers, vendors, management staff and employees.
Able to communicate fluently in Spanish or English (plus)
