RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily back-of-house operations
Lead, coach, and develop kitchen staff
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health department compliance
Manage scheduling, labor costs, and productivity
Monitor inventory, ordering, receiving, and food cost controls
Train new employees and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork
Collaborate with restaurant leadership to ensure exceptional guest experiences
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef, or comparable leadership experience
High-volume restaurant experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Experience with inventory management and labor scheduling
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
Passion for hospitality and team development
