Requirements
o 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman, Lead, Framer, or similar role in foundation, concrete, structural repair, or framing work required
• Skilled in concrete, framing, shoring, seismic retrofitting, and drainage
• Ability to read structural drawings and blueprints
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Pickup truck suitable for transporting tools and materials required
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to and from assigned job sites throughout Los Angeles County
• Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling 50 pounds or more, bending, standing, climbing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Must be able to work year-round throughout Los Angeles County
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a drug test
What We Offer

• This is a field-based position with multiple job sites across Los Angeles County.
• Candidates must be able to travel daily to assigned job sites.
