We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Porter/Janitor to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of our apartment community. This position is primarily responsible for janitorial and porter duties, with opportunities to assist our landscape team and learn basic landscaping skills.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping a property clean and attractive, and is interested in learning more about landscaping.
Job Responsibilities:
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Keep common areas, walkways, parking lots, laundry rooms, and amenities clean and presentable
• Sweep, blow, and maintain grounds as needed
• Empty trash cans and dispose of litter properly
• Clean and maintain property signs, light fixtures, and outdoor furniture
• Assist with cleaning and preparing vacant apartments for new residents
• Help with basic landscaping duties such as weeding, watering, planting, trimming, and pruning
• Assist the landscape team with maintaining lawns, shrubs, and flower beds
• Report safety hazards or property concerns to management
• Perform other general porter and janitorial duties as assigned

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Janitorial, porter, or landscaping experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Schedule: Full-Time Monday- Friday 7am to 4pm (1 hour lunch)
Compensation: DOE (Depends on Experience)
