About the Role
We’re looking for a Pizza Dough Maker & Prep Cook who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a structured, high-standard kitchen environment. This role is key to our food program—ensuring our dough and prep are consistent, clean, and dialed in every single day. We’re especially looking for someone who is clean, organized, and able to turn ideas into repeatable systems—helping us build processes that scale as we grow.
What You’ll Do
-Prepare, portion, and manage pizza dough using house recipes
-Monitor fermentation, proofing, and dough consistency
-Assist with daily prep (sauces, toppings, proteins, etc.)
-Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient prep and kitchen area
-Help document and refine prep processes for consistency
-Support kitchen operations during service when needed
-Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For
-Experience with pizza dough, baking, or kitchen prep preferred
-Interest in the craft + science of dough-making
-Strong attention to detail and consistency
-Someone who is highly organized and takes pride in a clean workspace
-Ability to build and follow repeatable systems and processes
-Self-starter who can work independently and stay on task
-Team player with a positive, no-ego attitude
-Reliable, consistent, and a strong team player
