What you'll do -
-Welcome and guide showroom visitors through our full product line — fireplaces, mantels, inserts, and outdoor hearth products
-Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand project scope, style preferences, and budget
-Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and manage your pipeline through our CRM
-Collaborate with our installation team to ensure smooth project handoffs
-Stay current on product knowledge, manufacturer offerings, and industry trends
-Support showroom merchandising, events, and promotional initiatives
-What we're looking for
2+ years of experience in retail, showroom, or home improvement sales — hearth, appliance, tile, or kitchen & bath experience a plus
Warm, consultative communication style with strong listening skills
Comfortable working with homeowners, designers, and contractors
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated — you manage your own follow-up
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer skills
Availability to work weekends (our busiest days)
