About the Role
Under the direct supervision of the Bakery Director, bakery admin will be responsible for serving callers, visitors, and employees by greeting and directing callers and visitors, maintaining security, and telecommunicions system. Work closely with direct and indirect departments to support their day to day operional needs. Qualified candides must possess excellent customer service skills required to interface with the visiting public, callers, and co-workers. Effective communicion and interpersonal skills, particularly good business communicion (written and spoken). Must also possess the ability to sort and file both numerically and alphabetically. Must be detailed oriented with strong follow-up and follow through skills. May perform other duties as required.

- Shift: 1st
- Hours: 8AM - 4:30PM
Compension
- Hourly Pay Range: $18 - $24
Core Accountabilities (Wh You’ll be Doing)
- Provides Front Lobby reception coverage to include greeting guests, visitors, and vendors. Directs incoming calls to approprie party, manage messages.
- Assists walk-in applicants by providing Company employment website.
- Ensures guests/visitors are registered for visit, provides Company- required documents to facilite plant tours for HACCP/GMP compliance.
- Orders supplies for all departments thru SAP and Arriba and checks inventory as needed
- Prepares packages for shipment via UPS or USPS; processes labeling and other documention via website.
- Schedules individual or group conference calls and/or conference room requests
- Mail and distribute incoming mail
- Invoice coding with correspondent GL and Cost Center then e-mail to AP for processing
- Maintains admin kitchen and office supplies organized and stocked, conference room clean and free of clutter after meetings
- SAP consumptions management.
- Cree and manage all production process orders for all manufacturing lines.
- Provide FA02 order support by entering downtime and cleaning hours and execute dough‑scrapping procedures within SAP.
- Provide backfill to production Sr. Specialist when needed.
- Performs other duties or special projects as required by management.
Minimum Qualificions (Wh You Bring to the Table)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2-3 Years of experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and use SAP or similar MRP systems
- Ability to perform administrive reled tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Preferred Qualificions (Extra Ingredients for Success)
- SAP experience
- Experience in food manufacturing or similar reguled environments
- Strong communicion and customer‑service skills
- Ability to coordine multiple tasks with accuracy and tention to detail
