We are currently looking for EXPERIENCED foreclosure prevention and loss mitigation specialists to work remotely handling inbound homeowner leads.
This is a commission based position for individuals who already understand how to communicate with distressed homeowners, build urgency, guide conversations, and close services without constant supervision.
THIS IS NOT:
• Hourly customer service
• Entry level
• A processing only position
• A role for someone needing micromanagement
YOUR ROLE:
• Call inbound homeowner inquiries
• Follow up by phone, text, and email
• Speak with homeowners facing foreclosure or financial hardship
• Build trust and urgency
• Explain our foreclosure defense / loss mitigation services
• Guide homeowners toward taking action
• Manage your pipeline independently
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
• Has experience with loan modifications, foreclosure prevention, mortgage hardship, debt settlement, or distressed homeowner intake
• Is comfortable on the phone
• Knows how to control and guide conversations
• Understands objection handling
• Can work independently in a remote environment
• Is highly motivated and money driven
• Responds to leads quickly and consistently
