This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in several Orange County areas.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, handling inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
The role also involves training and developing team members, addressing customer concerns, and driving overall restaurant performance and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in restaurant management, including staff supervision and customer service
Ability to handle inventory and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of hospitality management and basic accounting
Experience in training and developing team members
Proven ability to address customer concerns effectively and professionally
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
