Turpin Construction is hiring an experienced Class A driver to operate roll off trucks, end dumps, and flatbeds depending on daily job needs. We haul for our own construction projects as well as outside customers throughout LA, Orange County, and surrounding areas.
This is not the same repetitive route every day. Work varies between construction hauling, equipment transport, material deliveries, and site support. Some days are straightforward 8-hour shifts, while busier days can run 10–12 hours.
We are looking for dependable drivers who want consistent work and take pride in keeping equipment clean and operating professionally.
Pay & Benefits
* $30/hour starting pay
* $34/hour with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
* Overtime available
* 40+ hours per week
* 5–6 days per week
* 5 paid sick days

Requirements
* Valid Class A CDL
* Clean DMV driving record
* Current medical card
* Must provide:
* DMV printout
* Photo of driver’s license
* Experience with:
* Roll off trucks
* End dumps
* Flatbeds
* Equipment experience preferred:
* Skid steer
* Excavator
* Non-smokers only
* Must be reliable and show up ready to work
Preferred Experience
* Construction industry hauling
* Loading/unloading equipment
* Strapping and securing loads
* Operating around active job sites
* Basic understanding of construction safety
