Commission-Only Sales Rep – Custom Packaging | Southern California & Texas
We're a custom packaging company based in Orange County, CA looking for an experienced independent sales rep to grow our client base in Southern California and Texas.
Who we are:
We operate two brands — one focused on small-run custom boxes (under 1,000 units) great for startups and e-commerce brands, and another handling large-scale production orders (1,000+ units) for established companies. We can serve clients at any order size.
What we're looking for:
Experience in packaging, print, or related industry sales
Existing relationships with brand managers, buyers, or operations teams
Self-motivated, hunter mentality
1099 independent contractor
