Khoury Law Group is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an attorney who is confident managing cases, communicating directly with clients, and billing time efficiently in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Position Overview
The attorney will work directly with clients and handle litigation matters from pre-litigation through trial preparation.
Responsibilities
• Manage civil litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and updates
• Conduct legal research and prepare case evaluations
• Maintain accurate and timely billing entries
• Work collaboratively with staff and attorneys to move cases efficiently
Qualifications
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Minimum 3+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal writing and courtroom skills
• Experience handling discovery, motions, and client communications
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple active cases
• Strong work ethic and professionalism
Compensation
• Base Salary $150k - $210k based on experience
• Annual Billable Expectation: 1200 hours per year
• Performance-Based Bonus Opportunity for exceeding productivity goals
