• Must be on payroll: W-2 employment only; no 1099 or cash-pay arrangements
• Reliable transportation to job sites (Orange County Area)
• Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
