Payroll Specialist (Union Operations)
The Mission
We are looking for a systems-savvy Payroll Specialist to take the helm of our unionized workforce operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- ADP Workforce Now , it is required to have worked on this program
- Precision Processing: You will own the weekly payroll cycle for 200+ unionized employees,
- Operational Excellence: Beyond the spreadsheets, you’ll act as a strategic partner, helping us automate reporting workflows and participating in technical projects that scale our HR operations.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Toolkit: You have deep expertise in ADP Workforce Now and the Microsoft Office Suite. If you’ve worked with Yardi Voyager or similar ERP software, you’re already a step ahead.
- The Experience: 2-5 years experience, as well experience supporting Union
- The Foundation: An Associate degree (or higher) and a rock-solid understanding of payroll compliance.
Compensation: DOE
This role is 5 days onsite required
