Essential Job Responsibilities
Leads and manages hospitality services to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Coordinates and oversees events to ensure they run smoothly and meet organizational standards.
Manages food and beverage (F&B) services, ensuring quality and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provides exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience.
Utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and manage guest interactions and preferences.
Maintains inventory of hospitality supplies and ensures timely replenishment.
Implements and monitors hospitality management practices to enhance service delivery.
Develops and maintains professional relationships with vendors and service providers.
Ensures compliance with hospitality standards and regulations.
Trains and supervises hospitality staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Monitors and evaluates guest feedback to continuously improve services.
Prepares and maintains reports and records related to hospitality services and events.
Collaborates with other departments to coordinate and support hospitality-related activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Skills: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Satisfaction, Event Management, Food And Beverage (F&B), Hospitality Management, Oral & Written Communication skills, Outstanding Organizational Abilities, Professional Etiquette
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
The Compensation range for this role is up to 27.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
