Specialized Collections Bureau is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to join our team in a dual role supporting office administration and legal/judgment enforcement operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and interested in working within a legal and compliance-driven environment.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
• Provide administrative support to office staff and management
• Assist with legal documentation, filings, and case tracking
• Communicate with courts, attorneys, and enforcement agencies
• Manage emails, scheduling, and office communications
• Maintain accurate records, files, and account documentation
• Support post-judgment enforcement processes (liens, levies, garnishments)
• Perform data entry and update internal systems
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prior administrative or paralegal experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional communication and phone etiquette
• Familiarity with legal documents or court procedures is a plus
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and basic office software
