Administrative Assistant / Account Specialist / Customer Service Representative

Position Details
• Full time
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 1 hour lunch at 12:00 PM
Position Responsibilities
• Run day to day office operations independently
• Maintain complex Excel spreadsheets tracking sales
• Receive incoming calls in a professional, courteous manner
• Return customer calls, respond to complaints, and resolve issues
• Maintain and organize office supplies and marketing materials
• Prepare, edit, and distribute sensitive documents
• Manage member accounts and provide customer service
• Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and inventory management
Qualifications
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, especially Access, Excel, and Outlook
• Detail oriented, organized, and comfortable working without constant oversight
• Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time independently
• Reliable transportation required
• Bilingual is a bonus but not required
