Advance Medical Supply in La Mesa is a home medical equipment supplier. We provide items such as wheelchairs, scooters, braces, diabetic shoes, hospital beds, and more. We need a serious customer service professional who can keep up with the high volume of orders we receive daily.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Answering high-volume inbound calls from patients, insurance representatives, and healthcare providers
Processing orders for medical equipment
Coordinating with clinics for documentation purposes and facilitating patient care
Following up on pending orders and authorizations
Providing clear, confident communication to patients and healthcare providers
REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):
Has prior customer service experience (medical/DME experience is highly preferred)
Good computer skills (typing, navigating systems)
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to handle high pressure and call volume
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Timely and dependable
Must agree to a background check prior to employment
