Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a technically strong, communication-driven professional who will represent Yuji Lux products, technologies, web platform, and services to architects, lighting designers, integrators, luminaire manufacturers, and lighting brands.
This role combines technical expertise, consultative sales, and industry education. The position includes in-person meetings, Zoom calls, Lunch & Learn presentations, LinkedIn outreach, participation in trade shows, and business travel within California and other U.S. states.

Key Responsibilities
· Present Yuji Lux technologies and solutions to architects, lighting designers, integrators, and manufacturers
· Work directly with project teams to analyze requirements and select appropriate lighting solutions
· Propose optimized and alternative technical solutions when required
· Support projects from initial concept discussions through specification and implementation
· Conduct educational and technical presentations, including Lunch & Learn sessions
· Build and maintain long-term professional relationships within the industry
· Manage pipeline, forecasting, and client communication via CRM systems
· Develop and execute a structured sales plan and consistently achieve agreed performance targets
· Coordinate internally with engineering and technical teams
· Represent Yuji Lux at trade shows and industry events
· Strategically expand the client base within the U.S. market
Required Qualifications
· Strong understanding of physics and fundamentals of light
· Solid understanding of lighting design principles
· Experience with Residential and/or Commercial lighting projects
· Experience in sales, technical sales, or project-based environments
· Understanding of the needs of lighting designers, architects, and integrators
· Basic knowledge of electrical systems
· Basic knowledge of lighting control principles and systems
· Familiarity with the U.S. architectural lighting market (downlights, track lighting, linear lighting)
· Experience working with CRM systems
· High level of independence and self-discipline
· Ability to structure work, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with colleagues
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working with AI tools
· Ability to create professional presentations (minimum: PowerPoint)
· Experience using AutoCAD, Dialux, or similar tools
· Experience presenting to design professionals
· Established network within the architectural lighting market
· Understanding of high-end luxury project requirements
