We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a crucial role responsible for coordinating all information and decisions between architects, designers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and successful project execution. This position is ideal for professionals with prior industry experience who are ready to take ownership of projects and grow into leadership opportunities within our company.
This is an in-office position. Please do not apply if you do not live local to Newport Beach.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction or interior design industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
