On-Site HR Representative – Food Manufacturing Facility
PriorityWorkforce is seeking a reliable and professional On-Site HR Representative to support operations at one of our client locations in the food manufacturing industry. This position will serve as the main point of contact for employees on-site and help ensure smooth day-to-day workforce operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist with employee onboarding and orientation
Monitor attendance, scheduling, and employee relations
Support communication between employees, client management, and staffing team
Help maintain compliance with workplace policies and safety procedures
Address employee questions and provide general HR support
Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous HR, staffing, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Bilingual is a must
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Must be flexible to work either 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM shifts
Pay Rate: $25–$28 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, On-Site
