The owner is looking for a solid, reliable installer to be his right-hand in the field. This is for someone with solid install experience who wants steady work and to be a part of a growing company.

Responsibilities:
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Ensure proper system setup and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
Requirements:
• HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA certification is a plus
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and work in field conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
